**Bhilwara, October 24, 2024:** The city of Bhilwara is gearing up to celebrate Sharad Purnima with festive fervor and spiritual devotion. Numerous temples, big and small, will offer special prayers and distribute kheer (rice pudding) as prasad.
The highlight of the celebrations will be at the Shri Sankatmochan Hanuman Temple, located near the main post office. Under the guidance of Mahant Babugiri Maharaj, the temple will host a special puja and adorn the Hanumanji statue with unique decorations. At midnight, following the aarti, a generous offering of kheer will be presented to the deity, followed by distribution amongst the devotees. The temple is preparing a whopping 300 liters of kheer for this special occasion, signaling the anticipation and enthusiasm surrounding the festivities.
The Doodhadhari Gopal Temple, situated at Sanganeer Gate, will also join in the celebrations. Led by Pandit Kalyan Sharma, the temple will perform a special aarti for Radha Gopal, adorned with white attire. A large quantity of kheer will be offered to the deities and distributed amongst the devotees after the midnight aarti.
