**MUZAFFARPUR:** Students at Rajkiya Utkramik Madhya Vidyalaya Vishunpur Mahanand Aaja Tola in Kanta block of Muzaffarpur staged a protest and refused to eat their mid-day meal after discovering a worm in the rice. The incident occurred on [Date of incident].
The students’ parents also joined the protest and accused the school administration of negligence. The mid-day meal is supplied by an NGO.
This is not the first instance of worms being found in mid-day meals provided by this particular NGO in Kanta block. Similar complaints have been raised with the concerned departments in the past, but no improvement has been seen.
