**Coimbatore, October 15, 2024:** Tamil Nadu Minister, Senthil Balaji, visited rain-affected areas in Coimbatore today to assess the damage caused by continuous rainfall over the past few days.
The minister inspected the Kathiravan Garden area in Nanjundapuram, where rainwater inundation has been a major concern. He interacted with officials to understand the extent of the damage and the relief measures taken.
During his visit, the minister also inspected a medical camp set up by the Coimbatore Corporation to provide assistance to affected residents. He observed ongoing repair works on damaged roads and instructed officials to expedite the restoration process.
Minister Senthil Balaji’s inspection was accompanied by Coimbatore District Collector, Kranthikumar Padi, Municipal Commissioner, Sivakuru Prabakaran, Mayor, Ranganayaki, MP, Ganapathi Rajkumar, Deputy Mayor, Vetriselvan, and DMK district secretaries, N. Karthik, T.A. Ravi, and Thalapathi Murugesan.
