**Ranchi, [Date]** – The Home, Jail, and Disaster Management Department of Jharkhand has announced the establishment of four new traffic police stations in Ranchi and one outpost (OP) in Latehar.
The four new traffic police stations in Ranchi will be located at:
* **Khelgaon:** Covering Khelgaon Chowk, BIT Mesra, Vikas Chowk, Ormanjhi Chowk, Tatisilwai Chowk, and Kokar Chowk.
* **Pandara:** Covering Piska Mor, Tilta Chowk, Kathiatand Chowk, Kathal Mor, and Daladali Chowk.
* **Daily Market:** Covering Ratan PP, Ul House, Kali Mandir, Sarjana Chowk, Mission Chowk, Plaza Chowk, Firyalal Chowk, Shaheed Chowk, Sujata Chowk, Radium Chowk, the area from the first SBI Main Branch Shiv Mandir cutting to Upper Bazaar.
* **Doranda:** Covering Rajendra Chowk, JAP 1, Nepal House, Ghaghra Bridge, Devendra Manjhi Chowk, the area from Kadru cutting to before Sahajanand Chowk, the old High Court, Meekan Chowk, AG Mor, Xavier Mod, Hinu Chowk, Airport Chowk, and Birsa Chowk.
In Latehar district, the new OP will be located at **Betar**.
The creation of these new police stations and outposts is aimed at improving traffic management and law enforcement in these areas.
