**Mumbai, India:** Veteran Marathi actor Atul Parchure passed away on Monday evening, October 14, 2024, at the age of 57. The news was confirmed by several Marathi news outlets, including Esakal and Lokmat, although the cause of death has not yet been revealed.

Parchure was a prominent figure in the Marathi film and theater industry, known for his versatile acting skills and memorable performances. He was also popular in Bollywood, appearing in films like “Billu” starring Shah Rukh Khan, “Partner” starring Salman Khan, and “All The Best” featuring Ajay Devgn. He even had a memorable appearance on “The Kapil Sharma Show”.

His passing comes a year after he revealed battling cancer in an interview with a YouTube channel. Parchure disclosed that he was diagnosed with a 5 cm tumor in his liver and underwent treatment, although he faced complications due to misdiagnosis.
