**New Delhi, India – October 9, 2024** – Pranik Logistics Limited, an integrated logistics solutions provider, is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on October 10th, 2024. The IPO, a book-built issue worth ₹22.47 crores, will consist of a fresh issue of 29.18 lakh shares.

The price band for the IPO has been fixed at ₹73-77 per share, with a minimum lot size of 1600 shares per application. The IPO will close on October 14th, 2024.

Pranik Logistics, established in 2015, offers a comprehensive range of logistics services. The company boasts a fleet of 86 commercial vehicles, which are also available for lease. Additionally, Pranik Logistics has a network of 30 warehouses across the country.

The company reported revenue of ₹67.70 crores and a profit after tax of ₹4.06 crores in fiscal year 24. The IPO allocation is scheduled to be finalized on October 15th, 2024, and the tentative listing date on the NSE SME is October 17th, 2024.

Narnolia Financial Services Limited is the book running lead manager for the IPO, while Mashitla Securities Private Limited serves as the registrar.
