**Winder, Georgia** – Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson visited Apalachee High School this week, offering support and encouragement to students and families still reeling from a Sept. 4 mass shooting that claimed the lives of four people. The visit came ahead of the team’s first home game since the tragedy.

In a powerful pre-game speech, Johnson reminded the players that they had already won the game of life, emphasizing their strength and resilience in the face of unimaginable tragedy. He shared, “You guys know there’s a big crowd out there waiting for you. It’s emotional. But as coach said, it doesn’t matter, because we’re here to do one thing. What’s that? Play ball, right? … You’ve already won the game. You’re undefeated. That’s the beauty of this moment right now. And that’s the higher calling.”
