Will Reeve, son of the legendary Christopher Reeve, is making his own mark on the world, both on and off screen. While he has a small role in the upcoming 2025 Superman reboot, Will is primarily known for his career as a journalist for ABC News.

“I have no insight into the plot, and I have no idea what the movie is about other than Superman,” Will shared with Entertainment Weekly, adding that his involvement in the James Gunn-directed film is “kismet.”

Despite his brief appearance, Will sees a strong parallel between himself and the iconic superhero. “I’m a lot like Daily Planet reporter Clark Kent…but I have better eyesight,” he jokes.

Will’s dedication to storytelling is evident in his journalism career. “As a journalist, I appreciate a well-told, meaningful story that has an impact in the world,” he says.

The documentary “Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story” provides a touching glimpse into the Reeve family, showcasing Will alongside his siblings, Matthew and Alexandra. The film includes interviews with the family, archival footage, and insights from those who knew Christopher, painting a compelling portrait of the legendary actor and his legacy.

“We went out for lunch together, and when Ian and I came out, we both had exactly the same feeling that we had met three parts of Christopher,” said director Peter Ettedgui, referring to his first meeting with the Reeve siblings.

Will expresses gratitude for the positive response to “Super/Man,” stating that it allows him to share his parents’ story and express his pride in his family.

“Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story” is currently playing in theaters.
