**LONDON** – England captain Harry Kane has been given the all-clear to play in the upcoming UEFA Nations League matches against Greece and Finland, despite suffering an injury scare over the weekend.

Kane limped off during Bayern Munich’s 3-3 draw with Eintracht Frankfurt after a collision with Brazilian defender Tuta. However, after being examined by FA doctors, the 31-year-old striker was deemed fit to continue with the national team. A Bayern statement confirmed that Kane does not have a structural injury.

This is the second injury worry for Kane in recent weeks, following an ankle issue that raised concerns over his availability for the Aston Villa match.

Meanwhile, England’s interim head coach Lee Carsley has confirmed that defenders Ezri Konsa and Kobbie Mainoo, along with midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White, have all been ruled out of the Nations League fixtures due to injuries sustained with their respective clubs.

Konsa started England’s most recent win over Finland, while Mainoo featured heavily in Carsley’s first game in charge against Ireland. The FA has stated that no replacements will be called up at this time.
