**Trichy, Tamil Nadu:** An Air India Express flight (AXB613) bound for Sharjah from Trichy was forced to circle over the region for over an hour after experiencing a technical malfunction with its landing gear. The flight took off from Trichy airport at 5:40 PM on [Date] but soon encountered the issue.
The pilots attempted to land the aircraft back at Trichy but were unable to do so due to the malfunctioning landing gear. To ensure a safe landing and to reduce fuel weight, the aircraft has been circling in the airspace between Trichy and Pudukkottai.
