**New Delhi:** Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in the second cabinet meeting of the NDA 3.0 government, reiterated the government’s commitment to serve the people, emphasizing the mantra “We are servants of the citizens.” He urged ministers to prioritize public concerns and dedicate themselves to fulfilling the aspirations of the people.

The meeting, held on Wednesday, focused on the ‘Developed India 2047’ mission. PM Modi instructed ministers to spend 48 hours in aspirational districts and dedicate a day to addressing public grievances.

Three presentations were made during the meeting. The first compared the economic situation of rural residents in 2011-2012 to the current scenario, highlighting a significant increase in spending and a substantial rise in vehicle ownership, indicating a change in lifestyle.

The second presentation focused on the vision for ‘Developed India’ in 2047, outlining the necessary steps to achieve it. The third presentation was on ‘Empowered India’.

PM Modi also addressed the situation in Jammu & Kashmir, reaffirming the government’s commitment to its overall development. He expressed satisfaction with the high voter turnout in the recent elections, showcasing the people’s trust in the government’s efforts to fight terrorism and promote peace. He assured continued efforts to ensure the region’s sustainable development.

In a bid to improve ministerial performance and public welfare, PM Modi directed all ministers to promptly respond to public letters. He also highlighted the recent victory of the BJP in the Haryana elections, attributing it to the success of the government’s policies.

The meeting emphasized the government’s focus on achieving its developmental goals and serving the people. This proactive approach and commitment to addressing public concerns underscore the government’s agenda to build a prosperous and developed India.
