**Como, Italy** – Former Real Madrid starlet Nico Paz has made a stellar start to his Serie A career at Como, thanks in part to the persuasive powers of manager Cesc Fabregas. Paz, who joined Como on a permanent transfer last summer, has already notched three assists in his first six appearances.
