The highly anticipated “Singham Again” trailer has dropped, offering fans a glimpse into the fifth installment of Rohit Shetty’s iconic cop drama series. The trailer, spanning over four minutes, takes a surprising turn by weaving the essence of the Ramayana into a contemporary narrative.
The story revolves around DCP Bajirao Singham (Ajay Devgn) and his wife Avni (Kareena Kapoor). When Avni is kidnapped by a villainous Arjun Kapoor, who embodies Ravana, Singham transforms into a modern-day Lord Rama to save his beloved. The trailer is packed with action-packed sequences, including high-speed chases and thrilling car crashes, all hallmarks of Rohit Shetty’s filmmaking style.
To combat the villainous Ravana, Singham assembles an army of allies, including Tiger Shroff, Ranveer Singh, and Akshay Kumar, representing Lakshmana, Hanuman, and Jatayu respectively. Deepika Padukone joins the cast as Lady Singham, named SP Shakti Shetty.
