**Amsterdam, October 7, 2024** – Brunel International NV has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on Monday, November 25, 2024, at 4:00 PM at the company’s headquarters in Amsterdam. The agenda includes a proposal to appoint Mr. A. (Aad) Kuiper as a member of the Supervisory Board.
Shareholders and other meeting participants are invited to attend the meeting. Those who wish to attend must register their attendance online through ABN AMRO’s platform between October 29th and November 18th, 2024, at 5:00 PM. A registration certificate will be issued, serving as the entry pass for the meeting.
