Fri Oct 04 22:07:32 UTC 2024: ## Delhi CM Kejriwal Moves Out of Official Residence, Relocates to New Government Bungalow

**New Delhi, October 4, 2024:** Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convener, Arvind Kejriwal, has moved out of his official residence at Civil Lines, the state capital, to a new government bungalow. The move sees Kejriwal and his family relocating to a bungalow allocated to AAP Rajya Sabha MP Ashok Mittal, located at 5-Firos Shah Road. This new residence is situated close to the AAP headquarters.

Kejriwal’s previous residence, the official Chief Minister’s bungalow at 6 Flag Staff Road in Civil Lines, remains occupied by his advisor, Atishi, who continues to reside in the same house she occupied before Kejriwal became Chief Minister.

The AAP has not yet confirmed whether Kejriwal will eventually move into the official Chief Minister’s bungalow at Civil Lines.

This relocation follows a similar move by former Deputy Chief Minister, Manish Sisodia, who shifted to a government bungalow at Rajendra Prasad Road, a residence allocated to AAP Rajya Sabha MP Harbhajan Singh.

While no specific reasons for these moves were provided, the change in residences has sparked speculation and raised questions about potential adjustments to the AAP’s strategy and priorities within the government.
