**Prospect Heights, Brooklyn** – James Beard Award-nominated chef Renato Poliafito, known for his work at Baked and Ciao Gloria, is bringing his passion for pasta to the neighborhood with the opening of Pasta Night. This modern trattoria, located at 575 Vanderbilt Avenue, promises a carb-heavy menu of classic Italian dishes with a twist.

Poliafito, who traded his laptop for an apron after a career in graphic design, is known for his dedication to quality ingredients and traditional Italian flavors. At Pasta Night, he showcases a range of pasta dishes, from seasonal Carbonara di Stagione with autumn squash to a classic Marinara with the option to add polpette. For those seeking more than pasta, the menu also features Antipasti Boards, a Goddess Caesar salad, Arancini, Chicken Milanese, whole Branzino, and an Italian take on Fish & Chips.

The restaurant also offers a selection of popular desserts from Ciao Gloria, including the chocolate cake with Amarena cherries and Almond Plum Torte, as well as gelato and sorbetto scoops from local shop Biddrina Gelato.

Pasta Night is open for dinner seven days a week, from 5–10pm for walk-in service only.
