Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) announced a 24% year-on-year increase in domestic wholesales for September, with a total of 51,062 units dispatched to dealers. This growth was driven by strong demand for SUVs, which saw a 24% increase compared to the same period last year.
However, the company’s commercial vehicle sales saw a slight dip, with 23,706 units sold in September compared to 23,997 units in the same month last year.
Veejay Nakra, President of the Automotive Division at M&M, highlighted the company’s positive performance, emphasizing the 24% growth in SUV sales and a 16% increase in total vehicle sales. He also announced the opening of bookings for the highly anticipated Thar RoXX on October 3rd, coinciding with the festive season of Navratri.
