**Mumbai, October 1:** The allotment of shares for the initial public offering (IPO) of Diffusion Engineers is being finalized today, October 1st. The IPO, which opened on September 26th and closed on September 30th, aimed to raise ₹158 crore through the sale of 9.4 million fresh shares.

Investors can check their allotment status on the website of the registrar, Bigshare Services India. The process is straightforward:

2. Click on the “IPO allotment status” box on the left side of the screen.
3. Select any server from the three options provided.
4. Fill in your details: company’s name, application number, beneficiary ID, or PAN number.
5. Enter the captcha and click “search” to view your allotment status.
