Mon Sep 30 04:20:00 UTC 2024: ## High End Audio Show Moves to Vienna After 21 Years in Munich

**Vienna, Austria** – The prestigious HIGH END audio show, renowned for showcasing the latest innovations in audio technology, will be moving to Vienna in 2026 after 21 years in Munich. The HIGH END SOCIETY, organizers of the event, announced the relocation at their annual general meeting, citing the Austria Center Vienna (ACV) as offering “optimal conditions” for the show.

The ACV, which recently underwent extensive renovations, boasts a modern facility with 280,000 square feet of exhibition space. The new venue is seen as a significant improvement over Munich’s MOC Event Center, which has been criticized for its echoing halls and subpar acoustics.

“The new location creates a perfect connection to our trade show and will also be a win-win for everyone involved in terms of atmosphere,” stated Stefan Dreischärf, Managing Director of HIGH END SOCIETY Service GmbH.

Jürgen Timm, Chairman of the Board of the Association for High Quality Audio and Video Reproduction, echoed the optimism, stating that the move will “strengthen it as the leading meeting place in the world for the industry, and to make it fit for the future.”

The next four HIGH END shows will be held as follows:

* **HIGH END Munich 2025:** May 15 to 18, 2025
* **HIGH END Vienna 2026:** May 28 to 31, 2026
* **HIGH END Vienna 2027:** May 6 to 9, 2027
* **HIGH END Vienna 2028:** May 25 to 28, 2028

The HIGH END SOCIETY is confident that the move to Vienna will provide the show with a “progressive environment” that will further elevate its standing in the audio industry. The new venue promises a more engaging experience for both exhibitors and attendees, with better acoustics and a more modern, spacious layout.
