**Hyderabad, September 28:** The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has announced that all meat and beef shops will remain closed on October 2nd, Gandhi Jayanti.
This closure includes all cattle, sheep, and goat slaughterhouses in the city, following orders from the veterinary wing of the GHMC. The GHMC has requested all relevant officers to assist in the implementation of these orders.
