**Hyderabad:** In a major development, the Telangana government today announced the results of the **District Selection Committee (DSC)** examination for teacher recruitment. Chief Minister K. Revanth Reddy released the results at the Secretariat, declaring the successful candidates after a rigorous selection process. Notably, the results were declared within 56 days of the exam, a testament to the Congress government’s commitment to fulfilling its promises.

Meanwhile, the **Tirupati Laddu controversy** took center stage as it reached the Supreme Court. Several petitions, including those filed by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy and MP YV Subba Reddy, seek a court-monitored investigation into allegations of animal fat being used in the preparation of the famed prasadam. The petitioners have demanded an independent investigation led by a retired Supreme Court judge and a forensic audit of the NDDB lab report. The court is expected to hear the case today.

**ED intensifies its investigation** into the Sahiti Infra case, taking its Managing Director Lakshminarayana into custody. The ED is interrogating him to probe the alleged irregularities and financial misappropriation involving the company. Sahiti Infra had been facing accusations of defrauding thousands of individuals in the guise of real estate ventures. This comes after the Hyderabad CCS police had already registered several cases against the company and attached assets worth over ₹200 crore.

**In other news,** the Telangana High Court has issued a notice to the Hyderabad Commissioner regarding the demolition of a building in Ameenpur. The court expressed concern over the demolition without proper court proceedings and has ordered the Commissioner to appear before the court in person or virtually to explain the matter.

**Meanwhile, Union Minister Bandi Sanjay** launched a scathing attack on the KCR-led BRS government, accusing it of using the Hyderabad development project as a means for amassing wealth. He alleged that the BRS and Congress are engaged in a corrupt nexus, using the projects for their own personal gain.

**In a separate incident,** the BRS party expressed strong condemnation over the death of a home guard officer, Gopal, in Sangareddy district. They alleged that the government’s negligence led to the officer’s demise and demanded accountability from the authorities.

**Finally, in Tirupati,** the TTD has announced a special purification ceremony at the Sri Venkateswara Temple in preparation for the annual Brahmotsavam festival. The temple will be closed for darshan from 6 am to 11 am tomorrow for the ceremony.
