**Hyderabad, India** – Jr NTR’s latest action-drama, “Devara: Part One,” has stormed the domestic box office with a record-breaking opening weekend. The film, directed by Koratala Siva, raked in an estimated Rs 90 crore gross on its first day, making it the second-biggest opening for an Indian film in 2023, trailing only “Kalki 2898 AD.”
“Devara” surpassed the first-day collections of “Stree 2,” which earned Rs 54.35 crore nett, highlighting the film’s immense popularity. The maximum contribution to the box office success came from the Telugu market, with Andhra Pradesh and Telangana alone generating Rs 68.6 crore nett.
