**New Delhi:** Arvind Kejriwal, the former Chief Minister of Delhi, has announced that he will vacate the official residence at 6, Flagstaff Road in Civil Lines soon. This comes after Kejriwal resigned from his position on September 17th.
Kejriwal stated that he will move out after the end of the Shraddh period and the beginning of Navratri. He also revealed that numerous individuals have offered him housing in Delhi, free of charge, after he announced his intention to leave the official residence.
In a recent address at Jantar Mantar, Kejriwal highlighted that despite serving as Chief Minister for over a decade, he has never purchased a home in Delhi. He emphasized that his years in public service have yielded no personal gains, only the love and blessings of the people.
Kejriwal previously resided in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad before moving to Tilak Lane in central Delhi after his first term as Chief Minister in December 2013. He relocated to the official residence in Civil Lines after securing a landslide victory in the 2015 assembly elections.
