**Jaipur:** The Bhagat Singh Group will commemorate the 117th birth anniversary of revolutionary martyr Bhagat Singh on September 28th. The group’s media coordinator, Dungarmal Upadhyay, announced that the celebration will be held in two phases.
The first phase will involve a morning tribute ceremony at 10:00 AM at Jayanarayanan Vyass Sector 2nd. Group members will pay their respects to Bhagat Singh with floral tributes and a solemn ceremony.
The group’s president, Navalgari, briefed the officials during a meeting about the detailed arrangements for the celebration.
