**New York:** Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with leading American tech CEOs, including Sundar Pichai (Google), Jensen Huang (Nvidia), Shantanu Narayen (Adobe), and Arvind Krishna (IBM) during his visit to the United States. The roundtable discussion, held on Tuesday at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel, focused on India’s burgeoning tech landscape and its potential as a global hub for innovation.

PM Modi highlighted India’s strides in technology and innovation, emphasizing the country’s commitment to becoming the third largest economy during his current term. He encouraged the CEOs to capitalize on India’s economic and technological growth, assuring them of India’s dedication to protecting intellectual property and fostering technological advancement.

The discussions encompassed a wide range of topics, including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, biotechnology, life sciences, IT, communications, and semiconductor technologies. PM Modi outlined India’s policy to promote ethical and responsible use of AI, aiming to make it accessible for all.

This meeting comes on the heels of PM Modi’s address to the Indian diaspora in New York, where he also emphasized India’s ambition to host the 2036 Olympics.
