**Jaipur, India** – Rhea Singha, a 19-year-old from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, has been crowned Miss Universe India 2024. She beat out 50 other contestants to win the coveted title at the grand finale held in Jaipur.

Singha, who is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts at GLS University in Gujarat, began her modeling journey at the age of 16. In 2020, she won the “Divas Miss Teen Gujarat” title, marking the beginning of her successful career.

She has also participated in several prestigious beauty pageants, including Miss Teen Universe 2023 where she placed in the top 6 and Joy Times Fresh Face Season 14 where she was a runner-up.

Urvashi Rautela, who won Miss Universe India in 2015, was one of the judges at the event.

Singha will now represent India at the Miss Universe 2024 competition, scheduled to take place later this year in Mexico.
