**Hyderabad:** Megastar Chiranjeevi, a household name in the Telugu film industry for over four decades, has achieved another remarkable feat. He has been awarded a place in the Guinness World Records for his contributions to the film industry.

The recognition is for Chiranjeevi’s remarkable achievements: 156 films, 537 songs, and a whopping 24,000 dance steps. Guinness World Records representatives along with Bollywood actor Aamir Khan presented the award to Chiranjeevi at a special ceremony.

Notable personalities from the film industry, including directors Raghavendra Rao, B. Gopal, Kodandarami Reddy, Gunasekhar, and Bobby, as well as producers Allu Aravind, Ashwini Dutt, Shyam Prasad Reddy, Suresh Babu, Gemini Kiran, Mythri Ravishankar, Thammaraju Bharadwaj, and KS Rama Rao, were present at the ceremony. They extended their congratulations to Chiranjeevi and shared their memories with him.

Chiranjeevi, who began his journey with the film “Punadiralu”, has faced numerous challenges and humiliations in his early career. However, he rose to become a star hero, captivating audiences with his unique acting style and dynamic dance moves. He has set box office records and received numerous awards including nine Filmfare awards, three Nandi awards, and prestigious accolades like the Padma Bhushan in 2006 and the Padma Vibhushan in 2024.

Currently, Chiranjeevi is working on the film “Vishvambara”, directed by Vashist.
