**Chennai:** Indian all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin celebrated his historic performance against Bangladesh in Chennai with his family, who were present at the stadium to witness the game. Ashwin, who scored a century and took six wickets in the match, was seen sharing a heartwarming moment with his wife, Priti Narayanan, and their daughters after the game.
In a video shared by BCCI on X, Ashwin revealed that his family often complains about him not acknowledging them during matches. “They (Priti and daughters) always complain that I don’t look at them during the match,” he said. “The kids also complain that I don’t say ‘Hi’ during the match. It’s difficult for me to look at my family during the game, but I try my best.”
Ashwin, who scored 113 runs off 133 balls in the first innings, also bagged six wickets in Bangladesh’s second innings. His all-round performance played a crucial role in India’s victory.
