**New Delhi:** The Indian stock market is set to welcome 11 new Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) next week, with two in the mainboard segment and nine in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segment. These IPOs will collectively raise a total of Rs 1,068.61 Crore from the primary market.

**Mainboard IPOs:**

* **KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited:** This company, specializing in products for the Fast Moving Electronic Goods (FMEG) segment, will launch its IPO from September 25th to 27th, seeking to raise Rs 341.95 Crore. The IPO consists entirely of fresh equity shares.
* **Manba Finance Limited:** The Mumbai-based Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) will launch its IPO in September 2023, offering 1.26 crore fresh equity shares.

**SME IPOs:**

* **Sahasra Electronics Solutions Limited, TechEra Engineering Limited, Rappid Valves (India) Limited** are among the notable companies planning to launch their IPOs in the SME segment.

**Upcoming Listings:**

In addition to the new IPOs, 14 companies are scheduled to be listed on the exchanges next week. These include successful public issues like **Arkade Developers, Northern Arc Capital, and Western Carriers.**

**Investors take note:**

Retail investors interested in subscribing to the KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited IPO can bid for a minimum of 65 shares at a minimum bid amount of Rs 14,300. For the Manba Finance Limited IPO, the minimum lot size is 125 shares, with a minimum bid amount of Rs 15,000 at the upper limit of the price band.
