The Indian IPO market is experiencing a surge in activity this week, with a total of 10 companies set to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs). Among these are two mainboard listings and eight SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) offerings.
Leading the charge is **Manba Finance**, with a subscription period from September 23-25 and a price band of ₹114-120 per share. They aim to raise ₹151 crore for capital growth. Another notable IPO is **KRN Heat Exchanger**, open for subscription from September 25-27, priced at ₹209-220 per share. The company plans to use the funds to expand its manufacturing facilities in Neemrana, Rajasthan.
Eight other companies are launching their IPOs next week, including **Sahasra Electronics** on September 26, targeting ₹186 crore, and **Divyadhan Recycling** and **Forge Auto International**, also debuting on September 26. **TechEra**, **Unilex Colours**, and **Thinking Hats** are scheduled to begin their IPOs on September 25.
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) predicts that September 2024 will be the busiest month for IPOs in the past 14 years, with over 28 companies expected to enter the market. The high interest in SME offerings is notable, with 54% of IPO shares selling within a week of listing.
