**Amaravati, September 22:** The Andhra Pradesh School Education Department has released the hall tickets for the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 2024 on Sunday, September 22nd. A total of 4,27,300 candidates have registered for the exam, which will be held from October 3rd to 20th across the state.
The TET exams will be conducted online as a Computer Based Test (CBT) in two sessions daily. The first session will be from 9:30 AM to 12 PM, and the second session from 2:30 PM to 5 PM.
Candidates can download their hall tickets from the official website by entering their registration number and date of birth.
The preliminary answer keys will be released on the website from October 4th (one day after the exam concludes). Objections to the key can be submitted from October 5th. The final answer key will be published on October 27th, and results will be announced on November 2nd.
To help candidates familiarize themselves with the online test format, the department has made available practice tests on the website. These mock tests can be accessed for all subjects without any password.
The qualifying marks are 60% for general category candidates, 50% for BC candidates, and 40% for SC/ST/PH/Ex-servicemen candidates.
The TET exam will consist of 150 questions for 150 marks, divided into four sections: Child Development and Pedagogy (30 questions), Language 1 (30 questions), Language 2 (30 questions), and the main subject (60 questions). There will be no negative marking, and all questions will be multiple choice.
