**Michigan** will honor Michigan State Police officer Dan Kerstetter, who passed away on September 13th after being rear-ended while on duty, by flying flags at half-staff on September 20th.
**Virginia**, **Massachusetts**, and **South Carolina** will all fly their flags at half-staff on September 20th in observance of National POW/MIA Recognition Day, honoring prisoners of war and those still missing in action.
