**Vancouver, British Columbia – September 20, 2024** – Western Exploration Inc. (TSXV: WEX; OTCQX: WEXPF) has announced highly encouraging results from 2024 metallurgical testing conducted on composite samples from the Jarbidge rhyolite hanging wall zone of the Gravel Creek deposit. The testing, conducted by McClelland Laboratories, Inc. (MLI) in Sparks, Nevada, focused on evaluating the potential for recovering gold and silver to concentrate.

The results indicate a high level of gold and silver recovery through flotation processing. Notably, gold and silver recoveries of over 92% were achieved with rougher flotation mass pulls of approximately 11%, demonstrating a potential economic recovery path for these precious metals.

* **Gravity Concentration Potential:** Gravity concentration tests indicated that 77% of the gold in flotation tail samples could be recovered using gravity methods.
* **Locked-Cycle Flotation Success:** Locked-cycle flotation tests on gravity tails produced a combined gravity and flotation concentrate representing 94.8% gold and 89.8% silver recovery.
