Fri Sep 20 12:27:24 UTC 2024: ## Heels Season 3 Hopes Rise as Wrestling Drama Lands on Netflix

**[City, State] –** Stephen Amell’s wrestling drama series “Heels” has made its way to Netflix, sparking renewed hope for a third season. While the show was canceled by Starz after two seasons, its arrival on the streaming giant has fans speculating about its future.

Amell, who plays Jack Spade in the series, expressed optimism during an interview on the Busted Open Podcast, saying “If there is a hashtag that gets us, we want it to be #HeelsSeason3.” He further suggested that a potential Season 3 could see “Heels” evolve into a Netflix Original.

While there is no official confirmation from either Netflix or Starz regarding a renewal, the show’s creator, Michael Waldron, hinted at the possibility of exploring the darker side of success if “Heels” gets a third season. “If they’re on TV, and if all these people in this town that haven’t had a lot of money, what does it look like when suddenly everybody’s doing a lot better?” Waldron told Variety.

He also revealed that the creative team has had “great conversations” with WWE, potentially setting the stage for a crossover storyline should the show be renewed.

“Heels” premiered on Netflix on September 15th, expanding its reach to a larger audience. However, the series has yet to appear in Netflix’s Top 10 rankings. Despite this, fans remain hopeful that the show’s new platform will lead to a revival.

For now, viewers can catch up on the first two seasons of “Heels” streaming on Netflix.
