Fri Sep 20 12:31:18 UTC 2024: ## iPhone 16 Series Boasts Larger Batteries and Faster Charging

**San Francisco, CA** – Apple’s latest iPhone 16 series, released earlier this month, features a significant upgrade in battery capacity, according to a report from Android Headlines. All four models – the iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max – boast larger batteries compared to their predecessors, with the iPhone 16 Pro receiving the most substantial bump at 9.4%.

The iPhone 16 comes equipped with a 3,561mAh battery, while the iPhone 16 Plus features a 4,674mAh unit. The smaller iPhone 16 Pro offers a 3,582mAh battery, and the Pro Max variant boasts a 4,685mAh battery.

In addition to the larger batteries, the new iPhones also support faster wired charging at 38W and wireless charging at 25W. However, the faster wireless charging is only available through MagSafe, as Qi2 and Qi charging speeds remain unchanged.

Further enhancing the user experience, the iPhone 16 Pro models feature larger displays with thinner bezels than their non-Pro counterparts. Notably, the iPhone 16 Pro now boasts the same camera setup as the Pro Max, unlike previous generations.

The iPhone 16 series is available for purchase starting today, with prices starting at $799 in the US. However, consumers in other regions, such as Europe, can expect to pay significantly more, with prices exceeding $1,000.

With its improved battery life, faster charging capabilities, and enhanced display features, the iPhone 16 series promises an even more enjoyable user experience for Apple enthusiasts.
