**Swindon, UK** – CCm Technologies, a Wiltshire-based manufacturer of ultra-low carbon fertilizers, has secured £8 million in a Series B funding round, led by Frontier Agriculture with participation from Adjuvo, a prominent angel investment network. This brings the company’s total funding to £18 million, demonstrating strong investor confidence in its mission to decarbonize agricultural processes.
CCm Technologies, founded in 2011, has developed patented technology for sustainable fertilizers, already adopted by leading companies in food manufacturing, retail, water, and oil and gas sectors. Their client list includes Nestle, PepsiCo, Severn Trent, and Tesco.
The company’s co-founder and CEO, Pawel Kisielewski, highlighted the critical need for sustainable alternatives to traditional fertilizers, stating that their carbon emissions exceed those of aviation and shipping combined. “Finding alternative ultra-low carbon fertilizers is vital, especially with the UK and EU importing over 60% of the plant nutrients needed to grow food,” he said.
This funding round, which valued the company at over £60 million, will fuel CCm Technologies’ expansion and enable the company to further develop and scale its innovative solutions for a more sustainable agricultural future.
