**Vancouver, British Columbia and Rehovot, Israel–(Newsfile Corp. – September 20, 2024)** – BioHarvest Sciences Inc. (CSE: BHSC) (OTCQB: CNVCF) (FSE: 8MV0) has announced the resignation of David Ryan as a director of the company. Ryan will continue to serve as Vice President of Investor Relations.

Ryan’s resignation is to allow BioHarvest to meet Nasdaq requirements for a majority of independent directors on its board. This is in preparation for the company’s proposed application to list its common shares on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
