**LONDON** – Simon Cowell’s talent agency, YMU, continues to bolster its ranks, hiring Lauren Clark, former manager to entrepreneur and podcast host Steven Bartlett, as a director within its global entertainment division. Clark, who previously worked at InterTalent, brings a wealth of experience managing digital talent, having overseen the careers of Olivia Neill, Brookie & Jessie, and Grace Beverley, the latter of whom joined YMU earlier this year.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Lauren to YMU and for us to be working together again,” said Lucy Loveridge, YMU’s MD of Global Entertainment. “I’ve always been impressed by her incredible drive, creativity and ability to nurture emerging and established talent.”

Clark’s arrival follows a string of recent hires at YMU, including a corporate speaking boss, LADBible exec Drew Middleton to lead digital marketing and social strategy, and Spotify’s Rhyanna Coleman to oversee podcasting output. The agency has also seen a number of departures, including events exec Olivia Bertolotti, who moved to InterTalent, and Minnie Harding, who joined MVE.

“I’m thrilled to be joining YMU and working with so many former and new colleagues,” said Clark. “They have an incredibly diverse roster of talent and an industry-leading team and I can’t wait to get started.”

Clark’s expertise in managing digital talent aligns with YMU’s focus on expanding its reach within the digital landscape. The agency’s recent hiring spree reflects its commitment to staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving entertainment industry.
