The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to release the results for the UGC-NET June 2024 exam shortly. Candidates who appeared in the entrance exam can access their results on the official UGC NET website by entering their login credentials.
The NTA had previously released provisional answer keys, allowing candidates to raise challenges against any answer until September 13, 2024. A fee of Rs 200 per challenged question was required. A panel of subject experts reviewed these challenges, and any valid objections will result in a revised final answer key. The results will be based on this final answer key, which will be published along with the scores.
The UGC-NET exam, conducted from August 21 to September 4, 2024, in two shifts, determines eligibility for “Assistant Professor” and “Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor” positions in Indian universities and colleges. The exam is conducted twice a year, in June and December, by the NTA in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
