Kathmandu, Nepal – Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has emphasized the importance of safeguarding and utilizing the rights granted by the constitution to improve the lives of Nepalis. In a message marking Constitution Day, he stated that the path forward lies in achieving socialism through good governance, social justice, and prosperity.
Prachanda highlighted the Constitution Day’s significance in uniting the nation against anarchy and totalitarian ideologies. He called upon all Nepalis to further strengthen the constitutionally ensured rights.
He extended congratulations to all Nepalis for their contributions to the constitution-making process and expressed condolences to those who lost their lives in various movements, including the People’s War, historic People’s Movement, and Madesh Movement. Prachanda also paid tribute to the disappeared, injured, and disabled warriors.
