**Hyderabad, India** – The Indian School of Business (ISB) has announced the launch of its new 20-month Postgraduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL), designed specifically for high-potential individuals with up to two years of work experience. This full-time residential program, equivalent to an MBA, will commence in mid-2025.
ISB Dean Madan Pillutla highlighted the growing need for young professionals equipped with both business acumen and expertise in data and technology. “Our conversations with industry leaders and recruiters reveal a gap that PGP YL aims to bridge,” he said.
The program’s curriculum, rooted in research, will blend foundational business principles with advanced technology, data, and analytics courses, providing a global perspective. To foster practical application, the PGP YL will include experiential learning components like a Business Design Lab, an Innovation Lab, and a mandatory two-month summer internship.
Renowned faculty from ISB and other top international business schools will lead the program, bringing their expertise to the classroom.
Students interested in applying must submit valid GMAT, GRE, or CAT scores, along with their educational qualifications and work experience. The admissions process involves a personal interview based on academic excellence, application essays, and test scores. Shortlisted candidates will then be interviewed by a panel of industry leaders, academics, and ISB alumni.
The program fee for the 2025-27 academic year is ₹21,65,000 + GST, with an additional ₹3,95,000 for accommodation. Scholarships will be awarded to 40-50% of the class, with merit scholarships potentially offering up to a 100% tuition waiver.
ISB’s PGP YL aims to equip young professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to become innovative problem solvers and leaders in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.
