Thu Sep 19 06:58:09 UTC 2024: ## Emirates Rolls Out Refurbished Boeing 777s with Premium Economy to US Routes

**Dubai, UAE** – Emirates is set to bring its refreshed Boeing 777-300ER aircraft to six US routes starting next month. These refurbished aircraft boast the airline’s latest seating products, including the signature Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy class offerings.

The revamped 777s will be deployed on direct flights to Chicago, Boston, Dallas Fort Worth, and Seattle. Additionally, flights to Miami linked to Bogotá and to Newark via Athens will also be served by the refreshed aircraft.

“With the success of Premium Economy on routes like New York JFK, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Houston served by our refurbished A380, we are thrilled to bring this enhanced level of comfort and privacy to more US cities,” said Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer. “The introduction of our refreshed product on more routes is part of our commitment to the US market. Offering competitive, value for money options for our customers is a priority.”

The refreshed Boeing 777s feature a four-class configuration, including a new First Class, a 1-2-1 Business Class layout, a 2-4-2 Premium Economy section, and a 3-4-3 Economy Class layout.

By the end of 2024, Emirates plans to have 27 cities globally served by its Premium Economy product, including Dubai. The airline will utilize 48 refurbished Boeing 777, A380, and A350 aircraft for this initiative.

Besides the US and Latin America, the Premium Economy seating will also be deployed on refurbished Boeing 777s flying to Geneva, Tokyo Haneda, Brussels, and Zurich, as well as Riyadh, starting next month. The product is also available on the Airbus A380.

This rollout will allow Emirates’ US customers to enjoy the comfort and affordability of Premium Economy on onward flights beyond Dubai, including destinations like Mumbai, Bangalore, and Singapore.
