**SAN JOSE, CA – September 18, 2024** – eBay Inc. today announced the appointment of William (Bill) D. Nash, President and CEO of CarMax, to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Nash brings a wealth of experience in retail and e-commerce to the position, having led CarMax through a significant digital transformation. Under his leadership, CarMax has become a leading omnichannel retailer, investing heavily in technology and digital initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
