**Mumbai, September 19, 2024:** Actor-director Dhanush has announced his fourth directorial venture and 52nd film as an actor, titled “Idli Kadai”. The news was revealed through a concept poster shared on Dhanush’s X handle on Thursday evening.
The poster depicts a roadside shack under a starry sky, with a shopkeeper sitting inside the shop and another man observing him.
Dhanush’s post accompanied the poster with the hashtags #D52 #DD4 and the phrase “Om Namashivaaya.” The film’s music will be composed by GV Prakash, cinematography by Kiran Koushik, and editing by Prasanna GK. “Idli Kadai” is being produced under Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films and Aakash Baskaran’s Dawn Pictures.
While the release date of the film has not been revealed, Dhanush’s recent projects include his second directorial venture “Raayan,” featuring a star-studded cast including S.J. Suryah, Prakash Raj, and Selvaraghavan, and the upcoming pan-India multilingual film “Kubera”, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna, Nagarjuna, and Jim Sarbh.
