**MONACO, FRANCE -** Two young FC Barcelona defenders, Sergi Domínguez and Gerard Martín, made their Champions League debuts on Wednesday night in a 2-1 loss to AS Monaco. The pair, both fresh off successful seasons in the third tier of Spanish football, entered the match in the 80th minute.
Domínguez and Martín, who made their La Liga debuts earlier this season, join a growing list of young players earning opportunities under manager Hansi Flick.
