FARGO, ND – Townsite Flats, a new commercial and housing development in Fargo, is quickly becoming a hub for local businesses. Developed by Sam Skaff, owner of Skaff Apartments, the building’s 57 apartments are fully occupied, and only two commercial spaces remain available for rent.

The development is attracting a diverse range of businesses, creating a sense of community and attracting customers.

**Adae Salon**, specializing in dimensional color, hair cutting, styling, and extensions, relocated to Townsite Flats in July after operating in Stone West Village.

**Endure Thermal Spa**, owned by Ethan and Katie Pendley, will offer a unique experience with sauna, cold plunge, and lymphatic massage services. The spa is slated to open in January 2025, aiming to combat winter blues and boost immune systems.

**Froth Coffeehouse**, owned by Hope Burchill, will offer a cozy space for friends, study, and hobbies, with a focus on local suppliers and community events. The shop is expected to open in October.

**Lindsey Grace Interiors**, a full-service interior design firm, is opening a design studio and retail shop, offering hand-selected accessories, kitchenware, bedding, furnishings, and rugs.

**Radiant Homes**, a custom home builder and remodeler, will be moving its offices to Townsite Flats in early October.

**Red Door Pediatric Therapy**, offering speech, occupational, and physical therapy for children ages birth to 21, opened its doors in late August.

**Sage Family Chiropractic**, owned by Aavrie Kielty and Ashley Ueckert, opened in early September. The clinic offers a range of services from pediatrics to geriatrics, with customized rooms to meet individual needs.

Skaff attributes the success of Townsite Flats to the successful model of Stone West Village, which was built 15 years ago. The influx of new businesses creates a synergistic environment, fostering customer referrals and a sense of community.
