Tue Sep 17 18:08:10 UTC 2024: ## Logitech G Teams Up with MOMO to Bring Authentic Racing Wheels to Sim Racers

**PARIS & SHANGHAI -** Logitech G, a leading brand in gaming peripherals, announced a multi-year partnership with Italian motorsports brand MOMO to develop and manufacture premium sim racing wheels. The collaboration, which builds upon a previous partnership established in 2002, will see MOMO design and craft two new wheels, the SIM GT 320 and SIM GT-Racer 290, set to launch in January 2025.

Both wheels are meticulously crafted in Italy, featuring 100% hand-wrapped microfiber rims and 3mm thick black anodized aluminum plates. The SIM GT-Racer 290 Wheel aligns with the 290mm diameter of Logitech’s existing RS Wheels, while the GT Wheel offers a larger 320mm option.

This partnership extends beyond the two new wheels, as Logitech G’s Racing Series QR Adapter now enables compatibility with MOMO’s entire catalog of over 100 steering wheel designs. This opens a vast selection of styles and personalization options for sim racing enthusiasts.

“This union of MOMO’s motorsports legacy and Logitech G’s innovation will establish a new standard for sim racers,” said Massimo Ciocca, CEO of MOMO S.r.l. Peter Kingsley, CMO at Logitech G, echoed the sentiment, emphasizing the commitment to delivering high-performance racing wheels that elevate realism and precision in sim racing.

The partnership announcement arrives as Logitech reports a strong start to its fiscal year 2025, with a 13% increase in sales and a significant margin expansion driven by robust performance across various product categories. This positive trend has led the company to raise its full-year outlook for both net sales and operating income.

Logitech’s financial health and market performance paint a promising picture for the company, which continues to invest in product development and partnerships like the one with MOMO. This alliance signifies Logitech’s commitment to providing sim racers with authentic and immersive experiences, catering to individual preferences and enhancing their overall enjoyment of the racing simulation world.
