**MARSHALL, IL** – Horizon Health is expanding its services in Clark County, Illinois with the purchase of the Willowbrook memory care/assisted living facility and the announcement of two new healthcare facilities.
The Willowbrook facility, located at 1002 North Second Street, will continue operating under Horizon Health oversight, providing care for up to 14 residents.
The vacant building next to Willowbrook will be transformed into a new healthcare hub, anticipated to open in early 2025. This facility will include a primary care clinic, an EZ Care walk-in clinic, and X-ray services. The existing EZ Care location at Illinois 1 and U.S. 40 will be relocated to this new building.
“We have explored opening a primary care clinic in Marshall for quite some time,” said Lacey Stults, Horizon Health vice president of clinic operations. “This expansion will bring Horizon Health’s Clark County locations to four, demonstrating our commitment to providing essential healthcare services to the community.”
