**Accrington, UK** – Accrington is set to be the center of musical excitement this Saturday, September 21, as the town hosts its inaugural iMEP Music Festival. The event, held at the iMEP Arena – home of Accrington Cricket Club – will see a lineup of international stars take the stage, culminating in a headline performance by Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Jess Glynne.

“This is the biggest event that Accrington has ever hosted,” said Eddy O’Brien, Chief Executive of iMEP. “We are incredibly proud to bring this music festival to the town, and tickets are selling extremely fast.”

Glynne, known for hits like “Rather Be” and “Hold My Hand,” will close out the night with a performance at 9pm. Other acts include former Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt, who will DJ sets at 7.30pm and 8.30pm, pop star Robyn Regan, Liverpool-based boyband The Kairos, and Irish singer-songwriter Cian Ducrot.

The day will be filled with entertainment, starting at 6pm with a special performance by the dynamic duo, Maurice Mallone and Cassie Mochan, for those with priority and VIP tickets. Alongside the music, attendees can enjoy a variety of food stalls, bakeries, and bars, as well as the opportunity to get glitter face painting and hair glitter.

The Met Office predicts sunny spells and highs of 18 degrees throughout the day, with cooler temperatures expected as the evening progresses.

Limited tickets are still available for the event and can be purchased through Ticketmaster. With official parking available at Accrington Arndale and other nearby car parks, the event promises a memorable day of music and entertainment for Accrington and beyond.
