The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is gearing up for its Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) exam, with a record-breaking number of candidates vying for the coveted government positions. This year, over 57 lakh candidates have applied for 9,583 vacancies, indicating an average of 595 candidates per post.

The exam is scheduled to be held from September 30th to November 14th, 2024. Candidates must download their admit cards from the official SSC website in advance.

The MTS exam will be conducted in two sessions, both on the same day. The first session focuses on Numerical and Mathematical Ability, Reasoning Ability, and Problem Solving. Candidates must secure a minimum of 30% in this qualifying session to proceed to the second stage.

The second session will test General Awareness and English Language & Comprehension. The final merit list will be based on the marks scored in this session.

The exam will be conducted in a computer-based format with objective-type multiple-choice questions.
